FROM THE EDITOR

This week, Follow Your Buyer was recognized at the annual Marketing 2.0 Conference with an Outstanding Organization Award for its contributions to the field of marketing and advertising.

Follow Your Buyer is made possible by an incredible team of professionals at Life Science Connect that include project managers, writers, digital content specialists, graphic designers, developers, and audience managers. We also have a gifted group of contributors who selflessly share their expertise: Wendy Jacobson, Denis Marteau, Zoe Fenwick, Katie Wojciechowski, Kathleen Glass, Paul Dupont, and the smart folks at Altitude Marketing and HyperSocial. Thank you all!

The Marketing 2.0 Conference has given me the opportunity to connect with some really smart and innovative marketing professionals. In doing so, I realize that marketers don’t often spend time getting to know marketers outside of their own organization. We can become pretty siloed with our own thinking and traditional strategies. It is exciting to hear about what others are discovering in our field.

Over the next month or two, I’ll be sharing some of the stories I heard with you.

This week, as we prepare to enter the holiday season, I am sharing “Thoughts for the Week" that garnered the most interest in the past year.
